Ok I’m looking for a neutral safety switch to install on the RR. Does anyone have one and some pictures of it installed would be greatly appreciated
 
Year matters ---
Through 1968 is a one (1) prong...
1969 & up is a three (3) prong.....

Just to be clear.....you will start a WTB advert for that part....right?

This is just for pictures of one installed in this thread.
 
Do you have a 68 transmission? As if not newer ones have a different rooster comb to use a 3 pin switch.
 
I’m pretty sure that it’s a later year model transmission

This car was originally an automatic, some one converted it to a4 speed so I have no idea of what kind of neutral safety switch it should or could have
 
Well there is where details are important! 4 speeds prior to 1970 don't have neutral safety switches, only a reverse light switch.
 
Thanks for the info. I know that the automatics do because I have the original one off of this steering column

Right, one needs to have their head twisted on correctly and be thinking when you fire them. Easy to punch it through the back of the garage. :BangHead:
