I don't know if anyone has posted this before but I just bought the seat adapters for Scat Procar seats for the 68-70 chargers.

These seat adapters are NOT a direct bolt in affair.

The mounting holes do not align with the floorpan. You must modify them to fit.

See attached pictures.

Just a heads up in case you are considering them for your car.

I have this model in my 65 Belvedere. Weld in type.

Could you tell me how much higher the seat will be using this rack?
Looks like at least two inches? At 6-4 I’m trying to get lower in my Charger.

Im not sure it is any higher the stock. The stock seats have almost 6" high brackets beneath them.

I would think you could take the stock brackets and cut and weld them and at least get two inches out of them.
 
I have Kirkey seats in my car and we made custom tubular chromoly seat mounts. I also swapped the seat covers to match the factory 70 buckets.

Check out my method to install Procar Scat seats (any Procar seats should work as they all have the same bolt hole measurements) in my 1970 Charger, simply using 4 steel plates and a bunch of nuts & bolts:
