Hey! Stop that fish! He's got my ring!
I lost my ring a few weeks ago (after a life change that also lost me 40 lbs). 20 to go and I'll be sub 200 for the first time since my early 30's. A little thin for 6'5", IMHO, but it's what the doc would like to see.
Jeweler need me to taper some round stock so he could stretch the band b4 I got married. His tapered stretchers weren't large enough to fit my finger.
Marybeth was totally cool/understanding and suggested we wait for the of the last lbs to come off before replacing it. She also suggested that a 20th anniversary diamond band to compliment her 10th may take the sting out of my loss!

Congrats on a huge accomplishment on that weight thing!! I know that's a really hard to do as we get older. My thyroid screwed up and I went from 190-195 to 245-250. It took a year and I'm down to 205 as we speak. Sorry about both rings, you losing yours and her wanting another!! LOL. Some of us are just lucky when it comes to our wives and I'm one of them! :thumbsup:
