They shredded timing belts. My friend had one and was a employee of a Chrysler dealership. Upon the third timing belt failure he brainstormed with the service foreman. They decided to change the valve springs to turbo II parts. Car ran great and never shredded another timing belt.Didn’t Chrysler have trouble with those 4-valve heads?
It's a shame as many of these became lemon buy back cars and met an early demise to the crusher.
