I'm dismantling my '73 Satellite in preparation to have it hauled off for scrap. I've started removing some stuff. This is a 318 car, I think with 904. Front disk brakes. My goal is to keep the engine, PS gear, maybe also the trans, and all the wiring and stuff for the electronic ignition. Last time this car was drivable / driven was the fall of 1999. I have a complete rust-free set of doors and one fender. Instrument cluster, bumpers, grill, lenses, steering column, it's all available. I don't know if there's any value in the front disk brake parts. The windshield washer reserviour is in great shape. Front windshield is cracked, rear I think is fine, rear seats are original and aren't that bad. Door cards (black) actually look great.

How's $20? Is it hard to take out? I'm planning on going to Carlisle in July, I could bring this piece. Or shipping from Canada (Canada post - USPS) might be an extra $20.

One of the few items I removed today. Tank doesn't seem to have any cracks. Motor exterior shell is pretty crusty looking. I can take better pics tommorrow. $30 ?

Front bumper is in really good shape. (has heavy reinforcement plate behind it?) $25 local pickup. I expect to get to the rear bumper and tail lights in a couple weeks. Front grill still attached to top cross-piece with hood latch and spring $25 local pickup. Lower valence piece $25. Anyone too far for local pickup send me a PM and we'll talk. Front turn signal lenses in good shape, shells maybe not so much. Front fender lights came out good, didn't break. Ask if you want pics.

Pretty much ready to be picked up by a junkyard now. The hood is probably usable (webbing layer underside is rusty and not usable) but the trunk lid is in excellent condition but I'm not keeping those unless I get some feedback as to how they are applicable to other years or b-bodies (2 door hood/trunk same as 4-door?). Driver's side front frame was gone. Rear leaf spring mounts are in the trunk. Hood, trunk lid, rear bumper are available free this weekend for local pickup. Can't garantee it beyond that. Steering drag link still there, not sure if it's usefull to remove. Brake booster and metering valve block look too rusty to be useful.

If you don't see it in the pics then it's available for sale. Door cards, some trim, dash vent trim insert, reserviour spoken for but I need to re-engage some people. Steering column with keys, with matching door locks available. Instrument cluster. AM radio. Seat belts. Sun visor, interior front/back window trim. Rear tail light lens (not the back shell, looks too hard to take out). Wiper arms, entire wiper mechanism and motor. Front windshield stainless? trim.

Head rests removed from front bench seat - are they usable on bucket seats?
