About a year ago my wife and I watch them from day one to the end again, it had been years since we watched it. I missed that, good eye!!

The Hawkeye character taught me a LOT about how to work, deal with people, and be successful in the high stress IT field.

-Make a lot of jokes and start drinking early.....but get your **** together when it counts.

Living in a college town, I've seen highly educated folks struggle because they weren't crafty. Many of them, including my parents, couldn't understand why I drove a truck when I had a law degree.

Much like Maj Frank Burns, after Cpt Pierce was made chief of surgery, there were a few folks with degrees including masters and doctorates, not real keen on being made to listen to a guy with "only" a high school education.

I don't care how many degrees some of the overbearing paper holders had, you can't buy common sense. I had a great life and a profitable career for a dumb hillbilly. I wouldn't trade with any of them.
