To get an apples-to-apples comparison you need to overlap the signals. Figure out how to trigger. Use a rising-edge that is set around 0 volts. Then zoom in so that you see only one waveform. So with this , I can tell that I am getting an even and equal signal for each cylinder ? They look to be even , so would that also be a good indication my that my air gap are also equal ?
I was surprised to see a reading of 7v pkpk . I thought the signal coming from the distributor was in the MV range ?

If you are looking for spark scatter that is better with a timing light and marks on the harmonic balancer. That is where you are checking out the whole system.
