Assistance Decoding Fender Tag Please.

Tried to find and do this myself but not as easy as the GM cars I am used to. Any help to decode would be appreciated.

R = Plymouth
S = GTX
23 = 2-door hardtop
L = 440 Super Commando
9 = 1969 model year

03 = gate number and 138 = base number. Both have to do with the assembly of the body panels for the body in white.
190799 has to do with the number of bodies assembled for that year, Basically, a running count of body shells made.

915 = B body 440-4bbl 375 horse manual transmission engine assembly
596 = B body Dana rear axle with s/g and 3:54 gears AKA A33 package rear end assembly
605 = four speed transmission for 440 and Hemi application. Transmission used in A33 and A34 packages.
