Dual Snorkel Help

[Scott 70 GTX]

I bought this for my 70 RR.
It’s the first one I’ve seen that doesn’t have the vacuum valves.
It has a sticker that says made it Canada. Any insight on this.

Maybe Canada didnt have all that Cali pollution crap on their cars.

That’s a motorhome dual snorkel. Sells for much less that real 70 or 71 dual snorkels.
