Moparty Photo Dump

Some of my pictures from the weekend. This was my first trip to Bowling Green, but it won't be my last. The venue is excellent; the people were great and the quality of the cars exceptional. It reminds me of the Nats back in the good old days...View attachment 1918364View attachment 1918376View attachment 1918377
I was at the race with running in NSS several of my buddies showed up as well, yes it was a great event. One question, one of my buddies brought a really nice 1971 Cuda and entered in the car show. He said he never saw the judges and never got any feedback that his car has even been judged. for you guys that entered the carshow how actually does judging work at Moparty? I looked on the website and did not really find much info.

I came down to the show with my friends that were racing in the test and tune class. No idea how they judge show cars.

Thanks for all your great pictures! It looked like a wonderful show. Although there are a lot of beautiful Mopars there, my favourite has to be the B3 Hemi 1969 Charger R/T with steelies and dog dishes ($uck it, Chargervert! LOL). I find that this site will allow you to add 10 pictures per post.

Thanks for sharing

Person with the Hemi GTX wouldn't pop his hood? Really a sweet ride! Great color combo.
If you are talking about the '68 Hemi GTX convertible, years ago, Steve Atwell in Michigan had that car, or one identical to it. The give-away was the 15" wheel covers normally seen on C-bodies. It was in a lot of Mopar magazines about 30 years ago.

I still have the February '68 issue of Car Life, comparing it to a 440 hardtop. Piece did a good job of contrasting the traits of the two engines.

Steve still owns the car and is hands down his keeper

One of One 1968 Plymouth GTX 426 HEMI Convertible | Hot Cars

How it usually appears ( the actual car btw )

It is also the very car that Car Craft drove across country back in 1968 for a road trip magazine article
