Today i went to the US Car Show in Gunzenhausen Germany.
I was really surprised when a real 69 hemi charger pulled up. First time i've seen a car of this league at a show here in germany.
We talked to the owner who also opened the hood and it looks really nice under there aswell down to the correct hoses and correct style hose clamps. It's a real hemi car (VIN and Fender Tag Confirm) but the Engine is a date coded replacement. 4 Speed car aswell.
I thought i'm already pretty narrow minded with being only interested in american cars from the late 60s and 70s mainly but the owner of this car is even more extreme with the "mopar or no car" mentality.

While this car was clearly the star of the show i've seen a bunch of other interesting cars aswell. See photos: Album — Postimages
I have even seen a first gen dodge intrepid which isn't crazy exciting but seeing one in germany is VERY unusual.
