My 1967 R/T came with a set of those wheel discs, in the trunk when I bought it. The engine and transmission were missing, but the wheel discs remained. Go figure!

Haha yeah the orig owner once told me that on a family vacation the AAA had come out and first thing he did was put his lug wrench on a wheel cover lug and snapped it! ;)
