What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Almost finished my thousand. Have to pull the seat down and restuff it, then chase some grounds. Backyard mopar electrical experts seemed to gravitate to Suzukis in their off time it seems.

I had one of those! 78 GS? Never really rode it but a few miles. They were the king Kong of muscle bikes from what I understand. But handled like wet spaghetti?

Yes. 78. It doesn't handle bad for a 1978 but My everyday is an 07 Bandit 1250 and I prefer it on curvy roads or for a fast stop alright.

Took the 2 grandkids to the aquarium in Boston. 4 tickets @ $114.00 & parking @ $46.00. :eek::eek:

He has arms, right!?
Today I took a floating holiday and waited around for the junk man to collect an old fridge and the bed shell from my Ranchero (couldn’t even give that thing away), he arrives and I notice old computers in the bed of his truck. I’m a retro computer geek, never grew out of liking Commodore computers since my first was a Commodore 64. I hoped for a good find like a Commodore PET computer, no luck but a nice consolation prize, a Radio Shack computer. Filthy and who knows how long it sat, told the guy I wanted it and he said help myself to anything in the truck.

Biggest surprise was the mofo actually works, I seem to have good luck with these things. I’ll have some fun with it and see if I can add some modern perks like WiFi and solid state storage and then see if anyone wants to buy it. If not it can stay in the collection.
Cool beans!
Mounted a bracket on my foundation wall that a friend made up for me to attach the trailer to. This allows me to store a car on the trailer out of the way for the winter.

Is the trailer attached to the ball before driving a car on it?

I've driven a 'wet spaghetti' bike before but the swing arm bushings were bad. Strange feeling for the first time ride.

Sold an semi-auto pistol on Wednesday and sold a 12" horizontal band saw today. Slowly getting rid of stuff that I don't use anymore.

I just drive it in the trailer, then back it into place and disconnect... but you float your boat hand bombing that trailer to the knob first! :poke:

Babysat my grandkids most of the day, we watched Sponge Bob, ate lunch and set up some Hot Wheels track for Eli’s cars. Fun was had by all…

lol, they’re behind him.

Worked on the car trailer, today. It owes me nothing...I owe it some love. Gonna add a electric over hydraulic tongue-jack, and a new roof power vent. Took off the A/C unit[still worked] and gave it to a scrapper friend. It was pointless with the doors open at the track.

Finished the footings for the storage shed.
Inspector here on Thursday.
Moved the two logs that were supporting the shed, and added them to my lawn art.
Made a retaining wall next to the well head.
Will rat a tat the rock for the house perimeter drain soon. No water comes from this drain.

Told the Wife last night that there was no way I was driving my new toy in the forest, like I did tearing all the signal lights off the old 410 years ago. She had a good laugh today and got some shots from the kitchen window...

Thinking outside the box today. Skid steer I'd "bought" had forks to do this, Son's Grandfather promised him a backhoe by last Friday to do this. I threw some stuff together in the hangar this morning and this afternoon 3000' down the road his 900lb generator is in place FIRST shot!

Detailed most of my dually and car trailer. We're making small repairs to some neglected stuff on the trailer. I owe both, a bunch of love. The Dually is 23 next month, and the trailer is 15 years old.

Between that aircraft engine, the new driveway & the new toy, you spent some serious dough this year!
