At my friends beach house, the next door neighbor Patty had a Pomeranian dog named "Captain" or as we all called him "Cappy" that she walked on the beach every afternoon before retiring for the evening. The last day we saw him, there was the biggest owl I had ever seen was in the pine tree that overlooked the beach and he would not take his eyes off the dog and I told Patty to not let Cappy out that night. Well she did and we never saw that dog again.
