nice project. I’m just seeing the light at the end of the tunnel on mine after 14 months. By the time you are finished you will be an expert on spot welds. Good luck, looking forward to following your project.

69 RR 4speed question - Why is my 4sp cross member hitting my shifter mechanism?

Have you had all of that bolted in your car before except for the shifter location? reason I’m asking is maybe it needs the other crossmember that the mount is on the side of the crossmember. I have that relocation set up in my car for the last 30 years. I can’t remember how close everything was...

    High back bucket seats

I will start off by saying I am no seat expert. But I just went through this whole nightmare with my 70 roadrunner. I got rid of the original seats 30 years ago and was running drag buckets. I wanted to go back to factory so I found a set of seats that had the plastic backs out of something...

    1 PIECE TRUNK FLOOR INSTALL

I put AMD full truck pan in my 70RR. Pretty tight squeeze but I got mine in from the front. I mini tubbed it so I had the wheel houses out and also had the diagonal pinion snubber braces behind the rear seat out. I got it in there without cutting or bending the pan.

    Doctor Diff question.

apologies for not updating this sooner. Nothing against Dr. diff but the email only just didn’t work for me. I spent 15 minutes on the phone with a Strange tech and 2 weeks later it’s sitting in my shop. Like I said, nothing against the guy I’m just old school and want to talk not email.

    Keystone Klassic wheel question

The tires I have aren’t very sticky so I’m hoping it won’t stress them too much. If I go to the track I will run slicks on some stronger rims. Thanks for the replies.

    Keystone Klassic wheel question

I bought new Keystone Klassic rims for my road Runner. After looking them over the center section is aluminum and the rim itself is steel. They are welded together. I always thought you could not weld steel and aluminum to each other. Anybody have any insight into this? I’m worried that joint...
