70 RR fuel tank ground strap location?

Hi,
Going back together with a factory fuel tank after 25 years with a fuel cell. Can’t remember exactly where this ground strap goes. I know it’s from the tank pinch weld to the frame but I would like it to be in the factory location and my FSM is pretty vague.

I soldered mine to a short piece of wire, drilled a hole on the rear shock cross brace & grounded it right there
