OK, one other thing is make sure your running premium fuel, the eagle heads are a smaller combustion head compared to the 6.1, maybe it's pinging or prohibiting setting off the knock sensors.

It may have been the chain tensioner, there are cases of them loosening up and skipping time. Some are lucky and are a little retarded and no piston damage and others trash the motor. Good find!
