My K member appears to have been welded and repaired. Just factory sloppy or? There was some damage in the past as evidenced by other front end pieces. Blast, repaint and reuse or future structural failure?

Mine is a 69. Pretty sure it is the original K frame.

Where would this stamp be located on the K frame? I have my engine out along with the k frame but have not noticed anything.
