Thought about the TQ looking Demon, and would love an original TQ, but I doubt I could find one.
That is my first instinct. I mean, 451 cubic inches at 10.5:1 compression should have plenty of low end to start with. I do have a 3:55 Ring and pinion I could put back in but I thought the 3:23 was a good drivable ratio for near daily driving.
So it seems with 3:23 rear end and no interest in dedicated "Strip racing", A dual plane would be better for my application for street use. Can the con of lower RPM performance at street use be overcome with a livelier Smaller CFM carb using the single plane intake?
