I have for sale a real RS code 71 GTX. NOM 440 auto tawny gold, white interior, white vinal top, white pin stripe and black performance hood treatment (kinda neat/ odd color combo). tuff wheel, power disk breaks, a/c, hood pins, duel painted mirrors, duel exhaust with tips, am radio with sterio, light package and of course all the gtx specific trim. mostly complete missing the original motor (now has a 75 dated 400), some a/c stuff, rocker moldings, some emblems. needs metal work including floors, trunk extensions, 1/4's, outer wheel houses inner fender work, trunk lid work and portion of the torsion bar mount (was always a wisconsin car) I have the owner history traced back to roughly 1973 and the original motor spun a bearing, I was even shown the spot there it was pulled... I have extra parts to go with it lke and extra grill, bumper, pass. door, a/c stuff, misc interior stuff. I also have for extra a 6 way seat track and have access to a 71 only 4 bbl air cleaner. I have some more pictures, and these were taken before I got the car, I have since cleaned the junk out of it, the interior shows nicer haha. I also have the fender tag and the correct build sheet along with another build sheet for a different car that was also in the seat. its a little rough aroung the edges, but hey, its a real 71 GTX. they only made 2,200 or so of them. Id like to see if I can get $5,750 for the car or possible trade for something else, but Im more partial to selling! I really dont want to sell, but I have other priorities and dont nessisarily need another project around.
