Hi guys, im to the point in my resto that im getting ready to put the motor in. I have a 69 roadrunner, and plan on putting a 2001 viper engine and trans in it. I have the wiring and computer for the motor. Im not real experienced with all the computers and fuel injection. So what else do i need to make this work?

You are going to need a fuel system thay supplies fuel at enough pressure for that fuel injection system(55psi + or - 5 psi). That and a hand held scan tool would be a great help. You do have have a the data link connector and check engine light right? these will be absolutely necessary in making sure everything is operating correctly.

You can get a wiring harness from Hotwireauto.com and have the PCM reprogrammed I bought my harness from them for my 5.7 Hemi that is going in my 69 Daytona clone and it is pricey I paid $1200.00 for the harness and having the PCM reprogrammed but it is the best harness out there! The fuel pump is no biggie tanksinc.com have fuel pump senders for custom applications and are around $250.00 and that is a Walbro 255GPH pump and this is what I will be running (55 psi) and the regulator I am going to be using a 2000 Corvette fuel filter, it has a built in regulator set at 55 psi and you can buy them for $35.00! Good luck and post some pics!!
