They only gain value and they only made me once my man.

Guess it was just time for you to move on?

Thank you all. Wish I could have kept, but I went back to the roots of my youth. I bought a 1967 Corvette Coupe 427/435 with paperwork and completely restored.

Do what you like...like what you do. Glad to hear you are getting back to your youth, skyman51. That's what most of us want to do...be it a `65 Coronet, `67Corvette, `40 Coupe, `70 Landcruiser...

67 was one of the best looking vettes made,...next to the 58 vette that is. what color??

The 58 and the mid 60's Corvettes are in my favorites book with the 63 split window being pretty high up there. Did the Hemi get sold to someone about to take it out of the country?

The Hemi stayed here. The Corvette is what I had in 1970. Goodwood Green with a white stinger and black leather interior.

I'm with Cranky on the split window. Very sharp.

67's are nice, but to me, the corvette reached its pinnacle in 83.

That's what I'm talking about! Deep fenderwells held nice wide tires, plush interior, give it a little rake...those were nice cars.
