getting a squeek from my front leaf spring hanger and front shock when i push car up an down new leafs an shocks any ideas

Make sure everything is tightened properly. The only time I ever experienced a suspension squeak was with rear spring shackles and I lightly lubricated the shackle shafts to get rid of the squeak.

For the front leaf spring hanger, try some white lithium grease. If that doesn't do it, unbolt the front hanger (car weight supported of course) and use white lithium grease inside where the bolt goes through too. For the front shock... maybe use white lithium grease on the bottom eyelet just like the leaf spring.
