I am cleaning some parts today and noticed on the arm that attaches to the wiper motor there is some pot melal surrounding a plastic/nylon ring/bushing. Well, the pot metal only surrounds the plastic part about halfway around it's circumference because as you can see in the fotos, there is a big gap where the plastic is not covered by the pot metal. I don't know if that is normal, or if the pot metal has broken away in that section. Anyone know what I am talking about? Thank you. P.S. The part in question has a black rubbery cover that protects it from the elements.

The piece that appears broken is suppose to be a "pot" that the weather-boot sits into to prevent water/ice from infiltrating the swivel joint.

I am in need of a B body windshield wiper switch for a 72 Charger. 3 Speed motor is new, just need the switch, does anyone have one lying around?

You'd be further ahead by having more exposure by posting a Want in the Wanted forum. Forum button on the information bar just to the right of the Home button then scroll down to the appropriate "WTB" forum

Mine is a 3 speed but I did manage to save a picture I retrieved off line some time ago Basically what KS posted as well.
