1969 Sport Satellite Trim Packages

Been researching/looking for a 69 Sport Satellite Convertible. I have a question about the trim packages available. I distinctly recall mine back in '81 had a large chrome trim piece that fit in the recessed area of the trunk that said "Sport Satellite" with the Red/White/Blue background in the middle of it. As I look at various photos I have only seen one that has this chrome piece. Does anyone know if this was a trim package option or did they all have them and they have disappeared over the years?

The Sport Satellite and GTX were the premium models, both had the same trim package which included the insert in the decklid. I would guess that the Sport Satellite from the middle link in your last post has a decklid from a standard Satellite.
