Does anyone know where I can find one or am I looking for a unicorn?
I've adjusted mine and have it where it reads 3/4 when full and still has around 7 gallons when it's reading just over 1/4. I've tried an aftermarket sender (right stuff) and it wasn't even close.
Anyone know if they are available?

There are many others ahead of you.....if it is a 3/8 with vent....you will not want to know the cost of an NOS if someone has one...

If you need a 5/16 non vent, I have an original used one you can try...

This is the tank that was installed: http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=17155&cc=1495028&jsn=9

I guess I should make sure if I need a vented or non vented fuel sender.
The tank the came out of the car had a small tube that made short U-bend back into the tank, unlike the one I had installed (not sure what that is). I don't think it was original as it also had fuel filler that was capped off behind the license plate and had a small leak (hence the replacement)

The only vent I know of is the one on the fuel filler neck in the trunk that vents through the floor.
Here's the current sender in the tank:

Charger RT's originally came with 3/8" and 1/4"vent out of the sending unit 440 or 426...the 1/4 vent/recirculating ran up to the stock fuel filter/vapor separator attached to the pump

I would imagine you could have the original sender restored using the resistance sensor from any other less expensive NOS A body, B body or C body sender.
