Hi guys as the title says I'm looking into purchasing an accuspray gun.
I've been using a medium grade HVLP gravity gun for years. I do one to two paint projects a month.I just wanted to know if it really saves money and time and what the quality of the finished job was.
Thanks

I Have some of the first Accu- Spray guns and the gravity ones ,I mostly use Sata`s and Iwata`s ,way back in the day I used Binks And Devilbiss never like Sharpe it was big and heavy could have better use ase a body hammer, you can fine theses guns used but look at how well someone had used them and taken care of them try them out to see how they feel in your hands

spray guns do not make good painters good painters can paint with no brand cheap **** also it depends on the person behind the trigger ,just like real guns

I use one type gun for primer or sealers one gun for color base costs and a gun for different clears and yes I have certain guns and air caps for silvers golds and high metallics tri coats ,you will find out all painters tend to disagree with brands they have there favorites that is why I suggest you try guns out you will get the feel , I have painted every type car, truck, boats and planes and Highway Coaches painted everything from restoration ,custom, and standard automotive , I have doing this for a real long time ,believe it or not we always didnt use spray guns we started out with brissel brushs way long time ago ,the industry changes all the time ,use and get your feel and most how far your wallet can take you have fun

back in the day I had certain guns for lacquer and certain guns for enamels ,certain guns for acrylic enamels then along came water borne epoxies urethanes we have gone from single stages to tri coats and I`m sure the list will keep going ,you will fine the same goes for air brushes to mini spray guns or touch up guns . when it comes to regulators for the guns my favorite is SATA make sure you get a good one ,I also have air caps to check the pressure
