Dress up kit for the trunk of a 1972 Dodge Charger

I'm looking for a template and/or a place to buy the dress up kit for my 1972 Dodge Charger. Does anyone have anything on these? It's the cardboard covers for the wheel wells and trunk sides.

I have them available as a vendor for REM. The kit is seven pieces for the trunk mat, the side panels and the spare tire cover.
