How many of you drive a 10 second street car

We have one that has been 11.02 and one that has run 9.55. The 11.02 has been driven from Detroit to Columbus more than once.

This will be a 10 sec street car when it’s done.

I have 2, although I suspect the dart will have a whole new attitude shortly.

I drive the roadrunner ever where.

This one almost everwhere.

Mine has been 9.51 at 140mph at 4100lbs. I took it to dinner the other night with open headers. It’s been on Dragweek about 10 times.

Mine goes 10.15 @ 131.5 and i drove it 70 miles (round trip, 35 each way) to a car show last weekend...I hang to exhaust system on, put the air cleaner on and go.
It is California licensed and insured with Hagerty.
Headlites, tail lites, turn signals, horn but no heater/defroster or radio...lol

I drive my brother in laws Chevy powered mustang when it need s work it's a d.d. and does 10.34 -10.36 constant at the track ,he wants to bring it into the 9's but honestly I don't think he has the balls to drive it that fast ,he's like a little girl in the 10's . When he's on the street he never opens it up though (no balls) not even a rev up !

Sweet! 10 second street cars that actually get driven fair distances on...the street!
 guys w/10 sec true street cars...I want to work towards being a member!
I would assume the Wookie's 9 second 4,000 pound behemoth would qualify?
(and he uses the RMS StreetLynx rear suspension :poke: lol :) )

Yup....11.49 and faster you need the kiddie bars :D My old 10.60 car got driven on the street from time to time but not legally and thought about making it legal but never did. It was really pretty mild acting (except for the 4500 converter) and enjoyed racing and driving it around when I could. Still miss it....like a lot of cars I've had in the past. :(

I kind of like to see what the cars look like too.

I've got a couple, one I won't talk about though, it doesn't start with Mopar.
But here's my 64. New build, rookies to the track last year (both me and the car)
Streetable. Registered, Lights, horns, e-brake, wipers, yada yada.

Mine has run 11.1's, 121mph n/a and 125 mph (so far) on the hose. It gets driven everywhere and has 4700 miles put on in the last two years. Very comfortable and easy to drive. Me and the wife cruised it all night at a small town event about a month ago. I took it to a nostalgia race 2 weekends ago and ran 102 mph in the 1/8th mile N/A. It went 3-0 against a Thunderbolt replica.
