I THINK Yukon is made in India, so I'd be inclined to think that is who it is. Dr.Diff in Polson, MT does a lot of business with their stuff. I still went with the Moser stuff myself, but he has really good feedback on it.
Seems that you're correct YY1. Article states that they are India's largest manufacturer.Aren't mahindra tractors Indian?
They are gaining an awful lot of market share, lately.
Dorman ring & pinion set. Holy ****, that's scary !!!!! I have to deal with their junk almost every day. They can't even make a decent window regulator ! They have cornered the market, though, and seem to be driving everyone else's quality down to their level, just to be able to compete.
Yes, I know I get a little worked up when it comes to aftermarket parts ! My suppliers get an ear full from time to time !! You know Ford had had window motor issues for a looong time. We used to buy kits to rebuild them from Ford. My son and I went down to Florida (in August !!) to pick up a '92 Lincoln my uncle gave me. Got there and found out that not one window would go down AND the AC was inop ! We had to drive the thing back to Ohio (after a detour thru Everglades to Key West) ! Ended up fixing AC in an auto parts store parking lot, and eventually figured out we could muscle the windows up&down with a little teamwork. I will never forget the drive to the parts store in 100 degree heat & humidity !@65wgn440 I don't doubt or question your experience with Dorman. I am sure you have plenty of first hand knowledge. I just wanted to share my limited experience with a particular product and bitch a little about the blue oval.
