Hi guys, am about to pull the trigger for some parts I need for the coronet, and I need some feedback on this store Thanks in advanced.

i've bought quite a bit from them over the years and never had a problem with any of it. Whats nice is that you can choose the brand name or quality of the part you are looking for.

I get a bunch of smaller parts from them, double check what the total comes out to with shipping. It's usually the cheapest but sometimes you can get it cheaper from amazon or ebay.

As far as customer service its probably not the best but I havent had any real problems, and I did successfully make a couple returns

Thanks , so far is the cheapest shipping to Mexico

he also has the uncanny ability to have that obsolete part you need for the oddest things, right on a shelf.
always had good dealings with him.

I honestly don't know how they do the shipping - I got and 8-3/4" sure grip unit weighing 25 pounds, delivered to my door for $12 ....and inside of one week. Sellers on Fleabay want $400 for the same distance to ship to me.
Why would you not buy from someone doing that?

And you get a free fridge magnet - not that the magnet was a deal breaker.

And if you are clever enough, you can move parts around to reduce the number of warehouses they ship from for multiple part orders. :)

Yeah that kinda close the deal for me

I have a friend, not a Mopar guy, he plays with oddball later model stuff and buys a lot from Rock Auto. I have never even looked there, but have learned something tonight. Thanks guys.

I buy a lot of stuff from rock for my daily drivers. They're usual pretty good. I had one problem with packaging on a heavy item, I think it was a CV shaft assembly. The box was pretty banged up and I think re-taped, but luckily there was no damage to the shaft or cv joint. Also, you cant get a 5% discount. Google discount code for ROCK AUTO and put it in the box that says "How Did You Hear About Us? "

Sometimes like mentioned, the price might not be the cheapest,
but,i like to support the places that support us so...up to you if it is.
he has amazed me before and i personally have never had to send anything back.
