in fact hes neighbors with 2 very good friends of mine.
luckily,it wasnt either of their cars.
no,this genius had some new neighbors across the street who had their first family gathering...
and one of them parked about halfway on his grass.
so,instead of going over there and saying something..OR,
calling the cops and reporting them because they literally parked in Front of a no parking sign.

no,thats too easy.....instead..he took his derby car and Rammed the car....in the side.
which, turned out to be borrowed from a local schoolteacher by one of the family.
yeah.

so he got arrested for a felony....
and now im seeing a million people on facebook saying
he " did the right thing" and " if i was on the jury,id find him innocent."
im kinda blown away by this type of response and figured id see what you fellas/and ladies, thought of this whole scene.

Thug mentality....people see **** like this and suspend common sense for what is the right thing to do.

:wtf:
I would throw the book at him if I were the judge.

What make and model is his derby car? If it's a C body, then he gets the chair. :upyours:

he runs the crappy little compacts, and only locally at hemlock Fair.
meanwhile my friend Jerry Ott who also does derbies goes all the way to ohio for the big shows with several diff classes of cars for each show.

that should give you a clear idea of stanleys capabilities,
besides the ability to ram a stationary car....

Despicable what he did.....All he had to do was go next door and ask them to move it.....

I hear about this stuff all the time. Jeez, somebody parked in front of your house. Boo freakin hoo. Get over it. If they do it every day, you have a problem. Otherwise, man up and grow a pair. And a brain. And some class.

Holy Cow!
Talk about "pent up anger"
Golly!
Could have happened to anyone of us having their car or truck rammed!

That's hard to believe! I get not wanting a car parked on my yard, because of my sprinkler system, but a kind word probably would have taken care of the whole problem. That guy has a problem medication probably wouldn't fix.

**** like this is how people get shot..... emotion over mentality... never a good outcome. But I was young once myself (been awhile)

A neighbor parked their car with the right side tires in my grass. That's how they park in front of their house and have a mud rut.
So, I left a note on their window. One piece of Scotch tape and an envelope reading, "Please don't park on the grass".
I got home from work and there is a foot wide hole in the windshield of the Dakota. On the floorboard was a serpentine belt pulley.
Another neighbor said he was letting his dog out and saw the neighbor across the street walking down my driveway that day. The truck was on the carport.
Cops went to their door but as usual they didn't answer.
Fast forward.
The punk that did it-he's almost 30- gets arrested for dealing and for assaulting the 12 yr old kid next door.
He's doing 7-1/2 in the state pen.

That's what happens when you take the law in your own hands. There was better ways of dealing with this issue.

if my neighbors had a party, people gotta park somewhere.....they'll be gone in a few hours.... its grass, why be a dick?

I have a theory that people who want to drive in demo derbys are just not too tightly wrapped. While they are entertaining to watch, what kind of person wants to get into multiple car accidents? Those of us who have been involved in low speed fender benders know what a jarring experience they are.

Karma baby

Warning: Glaring generality statement follows...
People just don't have respect for each others' property anymore.

One shouldn't even have to ask the neighbors to keep their rides off their property for starters...
but ok, say it was a guest of the neighbors' and they didn't know.
Pick up the phone and call over there. "Hey Buford? One of your guests left their car in my yard."
No doubt Buford would dispatch the guest to relocate said ride postehaste… because, well, Buford respects his neighbors' property, right?
Well, one would hope that's the case anyways...

Ed story time:
I've done the "neighbors" thing, lived in several neighborhoods over the years.
It's over-rated IMO. I like it out here, been here 25+ years now. Nearest neighbor is a 1/4 mile away, easy.
Still, it is a neighborhood of sorts - we're all sharing a country lane for egress and such.

One of the neighbors isn't as big on respecting her neighbors - or at least, she used to not be...
She inherited her fathers' farm, complete with 100 year old cabin, and sells it online as a sort of "retreat" - which of course it isn't, since we're all around the place fairly close by.

Her customers rent the place out for weddings and the like, thinking they'll be out in the middle of nowhere - and sadly, conducting themselves as such even after discovering it ain't all like that.
Well, upon occasion, the "grouchy neighbor" (me) has had to remind adults of their responsibility to respect others' property and to acknowledge that they are not alone out here.
Minor encroachments (wayward vehicles, mega-watt PA systems blaring past 11pm, that sort of thing) have had to be corrected from time to time.
I employ the "Teddy Roosevelt method" in doing so:

Works just fine. :)

He’ll wish he did something totally different the first time Bubba has him bend over for his Johnson. Or when he’s toothless and inhaling Johnson. Interesting how that works.....

Just another dumb *** Hick that appears to be way to inbred if one were to ask. A Clown it its finest...cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:
