1964 426 Street Wedge Air Cleaner sticker

I am looking for the service sticker that goes on the Air Cleaner housing for a 426 Street Wedge. I have been looking through the sites and I can't find one specifically for the Chrome Air Cleaner. I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direct.

They have stickers, but they don't designate which one for the Street Wedge motor. They have ones for Max Wedge and another for Big Blocks with a 4 barrel, but each have a part# for the Air Filter itself. I didn't know if the Chrome Air cleaner took the standard filter for a 4 Barrel or the dual Air Cleaner set-up on the Max Wedge.

I finally found it. The sticker is DD626, I got one ordered.
