Using the mopar vin decoder I get this.

Body Type: W = Dodge Coronet / Charger
Price Class: M = Medium
Body Type: 21 = 2 Door Coupe
Engine: H = 383 330HP OR 335HP 1-4BBL 8 CYL
Year: 9 = 1969
Sequence Number: 160429 = 60429th Vehical Built

Proves that they are still out there waiting to be discovered. Ramcharger post car with an odd color combo I believe. Post some more pics up of that diamond in the rough.

did you take out the back seat to look for build sheet and some have said a second one has been found behind the glove box ?

8202 Super Bee coupes made in 69.
7633 were for USA sales
7122 were 383-4 barrel
3427 were 4 speeds
3695 were automatics

SuperBee Post Car...how cool is that?
Great color combo, white w red interior, stripe delete.
This Car just has to get finished.
Post more pics, please. :moparsmiley:

Los Angeles assembly, that's the "e" in your vin. If I remember right, LA assy is least likely to have a broadcast sheet in the car , but it is sure worth looking for! Its like finding the mopar pot of gold, all questions answered, except original selling dealer. If it's basically been sitting for a lot of years, you might get lucky.
If you find it, let us know! Lots of decoding help here!

Nice find. Auto or manual? Similar story to mine as far as being stored since the late 70’s. Last registration and insurance on mine is 1978. Fortunately mine came with years of old documents. Unfortunately it sat in a wet barn near North Carolina!

Build sheets in California produced cars are rare from what I understand.

I tried to find an original road runner my father purchased new from Lansdale Chrysler Plymouth in PA. He custom ordered the car, but I did not have the VIN number. The dealership still exists, though they moved. They purged all their old information years ago. Struck out. Pic of car is from the third owner. Special order paint...believed to be B7. Platinum interior with decor package. 383 with 3.91 rear and heavy duty suspension/radiator. Would love to find this one.
