I'm begging here! TTT

I've never seen one but have replaced a few. Of course you searched YouTube?

Here's one for an A body they're about the same. I recommend using copper weld through on everything. He skips this very important step.

Hard to believe this rocker panel was installed with buckled metal from the factory.

Drains...

YES SIR!!!!
Those are to allow water to drain out, some of the better replacement panels have them stamped in, cheaper panels do not, and you have to make them.

Take a bunch of photos before you remove the rocker. It will help you with the install. Remember, the rockers are a important part of the uni-body, so spot welds are closer together here then on other panels, you want to do it correctly, and def add the drains if your replacement panel, is with out them.
May also want to use some rust preventative on inside, before you weld it up.

Thanks i will do that, another question should i replace the rocker panel before the floor pan, or just get the floor plan installed then the rocker panel?

How bad is the rocker?
You doing whole rocker(inner and outter) or just one part?

If inner rocker is fine, then I am not sure it matters, but if you weld in your floor pan, and then have to cut out the inner rocker, makes harder work.

(if floor pan is out of the way, you can get to inner rocker easier)

Ok so I should take the floor pan out, then replace rocker panel, then install floor pan?

thanks!
