1973-74 Charger Side Stripes

I'm getting ready to order the matte black side stripes for my 74 Rallye Charger. Who has the best stripe kit based upon the following in this order: accurate installation instructions, ease of installation, most like the original stripes and least important, the price. I was interested in Performance Car Graphics kit but they are closed due to the owner David Patik, is fighting cancer. I wish him a speedy recovery. Anyone with a suggestion based upon experience? Thanks.

I did get mine from PCG and all was excellent. I hope Dave gets better also. The next suggestion would be Phoenix but they messed up my order twice. But then that also could have been a fluke on their part. Good luck

I went with Phoenix for sides and trunk, used their hood call out stencil to have a matching power bulge wrap made. No complaints.

Yes, they did but I chose to have them installed professionally by a local guy.

I have the "vectors job" file ( dunno the correct name for this ) which can be opened on Illustrator or Photoshop to make my owns due a scanning job of the NOS ones I have. The white ones on my car were make like that back in 2008. But with the situation in Venezuela with lack of materials I think will have to buy them!!!

just the sides, not the deck lid or hood blackout thought!

I made my own version of the stripes and I like them better because they flow with the body lines more than the original ones do.

@PhoenixGraphix just wondering. Have you ever decided yet to make the color corrections someday in near future to the reflective gradated stripes ?

Originals are not like these you make

But like these... note the darker shadow.

You have missed the black layer over the gradation to make the darker areas. I have one side NOS set so I know what I'm talking.

I can't buy and fit your reproduction on my car because will fit wrong on a dark body color.
