Not much into computer generated movies. These days you can fake anything with a touch of a button.

Many see that and think they are chopping up a good Charger, I suspect the only thing "Charger" on that car is the sheet metal. The fact that they are using a Hellcat power plant is awesome (better than and LS or something).

I think its cool and if executed well could really be awesome but a bitch to work on. I bet it handles well and goes like stink.

As for FF, I have watched them all and will see the new one. I agree that CG has made it so that on film the impossible happens, thats why its called entertainment and not reality. If it gets younger people interested into cars thats a huge bonus.

Somebody needs to build and offer a tube frame chassis set up to take say Charger (or B body) sheet metal, kind of like a retro kit car deal but instead of fiberglass and weird body styles you end up with a B body. Hell, I'd buy one and while it might not be a real Charger or whatever it would be cool as hell.

Looks like Charger values are going up again and now we will have people wanting to build mid engine chargers to mimic the movie car. LOL
Untill they realize that there are only junk cars left to restore and the price of the body parts is prohibited, not to mention the price of a hellcat engine, so we're fine with our b bodies

I'd own it!! I like it!!
I just can't picture Mimi in that car:lol:

It's different
but I sort of like it too

I'd drive it

maybe put a sound/fire/heat barrier between me & the engine

I'm not a big fan of all the faked CGI crap
(or especially Hollyweirdos in general)
or the fake (posers/hypocrites) badasses, the actors portray
but I've seen every one of the F&F in the series
probably watch this next one too, after it's on cable
I won't pay to see it at a theater

all I see in John Sena is a WWE wrestler, not a great actor
but we'll see
he did a Marine movie, he wasn't horrible, wasn't great
the movie was a B-movie (much like F&F series)
not too bad for a stuntman/wrestler acting
