Fender Tag Punched Out

Anyone ever seen a fender tag punched out with the letter M and if so what does it mean

this one is write through the AX area

Wish I could find a good 1967 Satellite fender tag decoder

In no particular order...

Lack of consistency of coding by plant. Programming a decoder for one plant may not work for another.
Lack of good understanding of coding for those years due to lack of research or samples to compare.
Lack of interest, motivation, or financial reason to put forth the massive effort for a small segment of the hobby.
Poor programming skills to generate logical if/then or and/or programming to differentiate nuances between models or generate negative results (i.e. "Sorry. What you entered could not happen" such as a three speed transmission behind a Hemi). What one model got for a code may be different than another model (Valiant vs Imperial). Humans differentiate better.

Here’s one even more ???

I just discovered someone has stamped a Z26 onto the fender tag couldn’t see until hit with a flashlight
Wonder what that means
 
Here is the whole fender tag
I have found what a few codes mean but still can’t find them all, the car was restored several years back.

Some of the codes are hard to find

especially the ones that were hand stamped in like the
I assume the car isn’t original. Due to it having bucket seats and console and having red paint with a silver bottom
M/Z, N/2, P/8 not sure what these are
