I didn't give a **** what the government thinks when I DID like the government. My high school buddy is a state representative in my state. Great guy. Told him the same thing.

If it's more than 25 years old? Then why don't we see more older cars being imported? I could use a couple of vw beetles imported from mexico! They are stacked up like cord wood down there. Seems like a waste to crush them all.

Why do you even care what goes on in Maine, or what they do? You should be a lot more concerned about the major Bullshit that goes on in YOUR own State! Or don't you care?

It is possible, perhaps even likely that what happens in one State can be used as a precedence for similar actions in other States. Myself, I like to keep informed of these things because my country sometimes copies what happens in the USA and I've seen several Delicas and other similar vehicles around here.

The reasons they are deregistering the Delicas is scary because it’s the exact same reasons they could use for ANY older car.

ME has been a "no title" on old cars state for decades.
There have been a few companies located there that "fix" cars with no title by buying them, registering them in ME, then selling them back to you with the state of ME paperwork that can be used to get a title in other states.

Excuse me, but what's a "Delicas"? A web search tells me that it's about some type of bead, so and I ask myself. What does that have to do with cars?
