Door glass vent runner

I am working on my 66 Belvedere ll drivers door window regulator. Done all that but have issues with the vent window run channel. the factory one on the window was clear with clips, but broken. I ordered a set from Classic Ind. they are black, felt, no holes for clips, pins that came with clips are way too long. What to do. Please if you have suggestions share with me. I thank you in advance. please help

the felt is correct your original ones were as well when new. you have to punch the holes in the repop ones which isn’t a big deal with a paper punch. the repop sliders are too big if you have the original ones use them if not @dadsbee is making the correct sliders.

I went brain dead, I finally figured out how it works. You would think at 80 years old I would be smarter
