What a surprise, the EV all the loyal Chrysler customers never wanted is a POS. At least they checked all the gov't/globalist boxes to get their grants.
I will NEVER buy a vehicle with electric motors to open the door. People have been trapped inside in other brands. You can't roll the window down, now you couldn't even open the door if power fails.
That guy seems pretty dismissive about his crooked panel Durango also. Must have more money than I do.
If you don't live in the upper midwest in the rural areas, I will put this in perspective- The MSRP of this new EV Charger is 65% of a modest stick built home(2, 3 bedrooms in town) that people take out 20 year mortgages for. Imagine signing up for that, and then the door rubs the paint off itself and the trunk quits working like this.
This seems to be the logical conclusion of the American consumer accepting pure chinesium garbage for the last 30 years. It has now reached it's final end result in the most expensive items we buy in this country. The new EV Charger is Walmart.
You should be able to get your Charger serviced at any local Stellantis dealer, without returning to your point of purchase each time. I bought my Grand Cherokee about 100 miles away, but get it serviced locally. I feel sorry for you for your bad experiences with this car. For this being an upgrade R/T series, this Charger looks incredibly cheap. Cloth seat inserts instead of full leather (like my GC has)? An ugly pull strap to allow front seats to tip ahead? The rear seat looks like a cheap upholstered shelf! There should be a button on remote and insde to open and close a powered hatch like the tail gate on your Durango. What a poorly thought out POS! $90,000.00 at my local Canadian dealer!
