Hi Team
I know I’m better off having the glass out however, with the trim removed, how much of a pain in the a** Is vinyl top install???? It certainly would be more meticulous gluing it down around the front and rear glass. Car is new from paint and I don’t want to install a vinyl roof just yet I’d like to keep it coloured for the moment

True. However, I would take the extra time and remove the windshield and rear window.

I never liked to disturb something I didn't need to. Especially glass. Once you crack, you never want to go back. My last V/T install is now 15 years old.

It is more difficult to install the headliner with the glass in the way than the vinyl top.

Agree, the headliner will be installed pre glass, I’m just not ready to do the vinyl roof yet, I want to drive the car around without for a while in case I prefer it painted, if I lived in the US I’d take the glass out to install the vinyl roof however as I don’t, the risk of glass damage is painful at best to obtain a very expensive replacement as well as at least a six month shipping deal
