Not quite a tank, this is the current LAV VI ASCV (Armoured Combat Support Vehicle) being built in Ontario by General Dynamics Canada.
Usable not only as a weapons platform, it can also be set up as a command post, an armoured mobile ambulance, troop carrier, electronic warfare station or maintenance/recovery vehicle. It is currently used by the Canadian Army, Saudi Arabia and Ukraine armed forces.
An earlier version, called Stryker, is used by the United States.
