:rofl: :rofl: :thumbsup: Cheap insurance then. I am collecting ECU's, Voltage regulators, and temp and oil pressure senders as well. I told Halifaxhops I might look for an old ignition cabinet to put them all in. I have a collecting problem! :rofl:

I carry a fuel pump, points dist.. and regulator.. i will never break down! :)
 
Morning coffee here. Rain forecast starting tomorrow, for a week or more. So I will finish burning, mow the damp grass, weed whack the perimeter, and other outdoor stuff.

I don't have many pics.. i just changed my setup to get the toms a little lower so i'm missing of hits a lot right now :)

This is back when i got it and was taking it apart to polish everything.. guy that bought it in '87 didn't take care of it at all.. only i think 8 ever made and he let them rot..

Sweet! I dig the curly maple. My kit doesn't have a cordless keyboard. Tell me about those cymbals, I haven't seen those before. I have an original Zildjian that was made in Istanbul.

Istanbul are hand made in turkey.. basically same as zildjin.. but way less expensive. I also have a avedis ride but i don't like it as much as the istanbuls. There's a fun thing on amazon where prices constantly go down til someone buys a item then the price shoots back up, i have a addon for my browser you can set price alerts in.. so my ride/crash/hats are normally like $850.. i got them as a pack for $350.. smokin deal.. i had paiste before them but didn't like them much (great company, i just didn't pick the right ones)

The keyboard is cause while i play i have a 10' projector in front of the kit and i play along with live videos and stuff every night.. keeps it from getting boring.

Had that last week. Get well soon. I feel much better today. I had a muscle spasm in the middle of my back yesterday. Nasty. Much better today though.

yeah.. this weather is not helping. i have sinus issues and the only thing that helps is prednisone which i try to take as little as possible.. plus i can't get more now that no one will ship here.. love my indian pharmacy.. soo much cheaper than here..

BTW.. i love FB MP... i am wanting to try a different carb on my motor so i look on there a bunch since i don't want to blow $800 just messing around.. guys ask same for a 15 year old crusty carb as a new one costs..

I think driving for this year is bout done anyway though. might be time to start working on stuff i want to do on it this winter.
 
Jesus.. a month ago a 16gb stick of memory was $38.. now it's 60-80....
 
well it's tariffs and AI... the data centers are buying up all the hardware that can be made.... i hate this AI **** already...
 
Good morning from the left coast. I built my house during Covid. Was just after that when prices went silly. None of that glued together stuff. Bought a decent Yamaha key board about two years ago. Still need to learn how it works. Save that for crappy winter days. A good battery maintainer was about $45, now $145. I have several keeping the batteries happy. Yesterday I took the wrapping off my arch. Had never built one before. Will let it cure some more and fill in the imperfections.

Thank you re the arch. It is a bit less than a circle. I notched the posts 1 1/4 inch and drilled holes for rebar.
To the left is a swing that I built a while ago. Another job that was not authorized by a higher authority.
I can read music, and used to play an accordion, but my left big finger is a bit numb.
