Looking good man! I was also annoyed at the washers for spacer deal with Qa1. I went to the local hardware store and was able to find some steel spacers that fit the bill for one side only having to use one washer on the other. They also sent the wrong motor mounts for my g3 hemi, running a set of early B mounts pushes the motor back towards the firewall which is what I needed.

Thanks! Home stretch finally. I think QA1 could improve a handful of small things and it would drastically improve the end product.

Rear end done/installed, well still needs all the aligning, hardlines and misc, but its in and thats a win. Also glad we kept it black. Still a few final things to do in the engine bay before the motor install. Hopefully either Friday or Saturday.

Well.....hahaha....embarrassing. VW rims on a muscle car. Guess it works till the big dogs arrive. Sad thing is this is a fairly wide tire. Edit: added photo

Well that was interesting, had to sit in the engine bay and strap it to the motor since no weight in the front

Down on the VW rims, close to ride height, lots of adjustments to do

Snug fit for the trans, glad I saw someone's thread about cutting the extra mount point at an angle or it wouldve been a pain

Easy part is done. Now with the wiring, 90% done with dash on the bench so went ahead and fit in the car to do the final routing/connections. If need be I can pull it out a bit to put the final items in the dash

Radiator arrived from ECP, little bit of clearance issues, mainly no/negative clearance. Had to remove the cover plate on the water pump pulley and double check with ECP if anything can be done otherwise. Options are bend the shroud bracket flat or move the engine back 1/4 or give it a try as is. So gonna try as is with a 1/2" in middle of water pump and 3/16 at the sides. Next choice is swap the spacers on the motor mounts and gain the space there.

Oh and the front of the radiator will get blackout

Just need to connect the dash fusebox, headlight and fan relays to power at the dash, then double check everything then hook main power on at the battery and hope it works, a few more days.

Got the crimper stuck on the starter cable while making the radlok connector, had to snake it all the way along the cable to the front to remove it
