The 8 3/4 rear in my car will roll backwards easily but rolls forward very hard.
I checked and it is not the brakes dragging it does it with the drums off.
When the clutch is depressed it feels like the brakes are lightly applied.
It is a sure grip unit. 1965.
I need to go double check...
Not sure about stickiest but I felt that the BFG ones were a good compromise on the steet for my ebody. I could still drive it like a car. They cornered well for a drag radial.
Just wanted to update if anyone is looking for info.
Ordered wheels fron summit racing. Wheel vintiques
Front 15x7 4"backspace BFG 225 60/15
Rear 15x8 4.5"backspace BFG 275 60/15
No clearance problems.
The rims are of good quality and made in the USA
The heat gun works good.
Also if you saturate the undercoat and let it sit for a day it will come off easier.
PB blaster penetrating oil works well to soak it. ATF works too but not as fast.
loos like part of a gonkulator.... which is just a prison made rabbit trap.
Seriously I have been doing mopars for a long time. That part does not look like any factory part I am aware of.

Test gauge. 5 volt from limiter on + side
Ground other side of gauge -
If the gauge sweeps work back from there.
If not you need to sort the + side going to the gauge.
Obviously if you confirm 5 volts in and good ground and still no sweep then the gauge is bad.
