yeah, my car is 1968 so I would be able to use without shortening. You've reported good longevity, which is awesome. I would also like to hear long term reports from others as well since I'm seeing some early wear issues reported in online reviews.
great to hear that some have had thousands of trouble-free miles after installing these. However, I'm seeing a few reviews such as this that give me pause:

I remember that article. I may plan to do this upgrade to my front sway bar when I up-size my torsion bars later this summer.
I think I recall seeing KernDog having a set of these, but can't recall if he ever installed.
why do you suspect booster?
Was this a non-issue before on hard braking and now suddenly it is or is this a new or tuned carb setup and suddenly the issue started? When I first installed my Quickfuel 735 SS on my 451, I had the same hard braking stall problem. I lowered the fuel float level to...
When I had the gasket installed with fresh glass from AMD on my 68 Satellite, the shop that did it said they sometimes use a hair dryer heat gun at the final 2 corners to assist final fit. Anyone else use this in addition to the lubricant (linseed oil, detergent)?
They also mentioned that some...
yeah, I'm running 275/60/15 Nitto 555R's on the rear of my car and 215/70/15 Mickey Thompson Sportsman S/T's on the front. I think I want to put same size tires on all 4 corners for better balance and have thought of using the Nitto 555R2's since I want to keep 15" tires.
The regular 555R have...
thanks for this! My box was installed not too many miles ago and I'm running a new (rebuilt) Saginaw pump. Less than 300 mi so far, but no noise or issues. I'll keep this info about the tuned Bergman box on file as a backup in case any future issues occur.
old thread bump - OP did you ever get things sorted out?
I have original glass on my 68, but with repro rubber seals. The drivers door window binds in 2 different spots of travel, but once past those it goes smooth. Maybe on mine something got bent when the interior shop was replacing things...
I had fuel odor smell in the garage with no apparent leaks and installed one of these trunk mounted vapor filters. It allows fuel vapors to pass through a charcoal canister before venting to outside. After install, fuel smell after a long drive is gone. I'm very pleased and highly recommend...
OP - great news. Please give us another update after 1000 miles on this new coil. Fingers crossed this one lasts as you said before you blew multiple coils, not just one, correct?
Praying for Naomi. God can work miracles. 6 weeks ago my 18yr old nephew had his brakes fail on his motorcycle overseas in southeast asia. He was just riding 2 blocks to his friend's and didn't wear his helmet. Crashed into a tree, hit his head, massive head trauma. Bleeding on brain, delayed...
I've heard of some mopar owners install one of those filter 90-degree adapters. My dad used to run one of those adapters in his 67 Chevy for just this same reason. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I've never seen an old mopar in person run one and not sure if it would make a difference in...
