68 Charger…new Tanks Inc EFI tank and assembly. I have a returnless system. There is a vent nipple on the pump mounting plate, another vent nipple on top of tank itself. Tanks Inc says i can cap both the return nipple & vent nipple on the pump mounting plate, but run a hose to rollover...
Bought new fuel tank, and new fuel filler tube grommet. I purchased the “taller” version grommet…see pic.
Of course no instructions, so which end goes in the tank?
68 Charger, stock fuel tank.
The shape is the back if the tank (rear of car) is shallow, then becomes deeper towards the front of the car.
Yet, when you install a factory fuel sending unit, it goes straight in (towards the back) and the fuel pickup is in the back? Why would it not go into the...
On a 68 Charger with RETURNLESS EFI?

Thanks

Researching this vent line, saw one from Classic Ind for $20+ shipping, others were closer to $50.
Can this...
Installed a new fuel sender about a month ago, went pretty well, but never really filled the tank to the top....decided to take long cruise today, so last night filled gas tank to the top, about mile away from my house. Drive home, no issues....(was expecting a leak from the sender gasket with...
After long searches here, lots of info regarding changing fuel senders, but I'm looking for a step by step how to remove the fuel tank and sender? (69 RR)
I assume removing tank would be much easier than trying to change sender in the car?
Thanks
Car runs fine (once warmed up), theres no choke....after a ride, pull into the garage, and shut off, continuously smell raw fuel? NO leaks anywhere, but the smell is strong for an hour or so after shutting off? Is carb messed up? Demons any good? Is the Edelbroch manifold an issue?
Thanks as...
