Back when I first purchased my 67 I wanted to replace the positive cable. NONE were available and I was told they were different than anything out there. It has been so long, I don't remember what the difference is or why they are special on 66-67 B bodies.
I do see that Mega Parts and Classic...
A while back there was a fellow reproducing these stickers.
I have several friends who would like to purchase one, does anybody remember who it is and how to contact him?
Speaking of belts, I need to pick up some belts for a friend but mine, I have a 73 and I know 74 is different. I know a fellow with some but I will have to pick from the several different years.
Can someone post or better yet email me some detailed pics of 74 (Charger) belts so I know what to...
1973 Dodge Charger SE, 400 HP 4bbl.
I have had an issue since day one with this. The exhaust manifold passenger side is constantly springing a leak. We tried gaskets even though I am aware they didn't have gaskets from the factory, they blew out. So I had the manifold plained and reinstalled...
Well, this seemed quite obvious to me but yet I am struggling. 67 Charger, the standard arm with slide on blade. There is a little lever under that requires a press and should slide right off ... no? Mine will not budge. Just to be clear it's called a bayonet connector, pictured.
Any tricks I am...
They used to be a fellow named Devon in California that could repair these, but he no longer does that.
Does anyone know of anyone that refurbs or repairs these now?
Posted this over in General, but thought I'd repeat here
Looking for copy of 73 Monroney sheet:
https://www.forbbodiesonly.com/moparforum/threads/monroney-sheet.180455/
Does anyone have a monroney sheet/window sticker for their 1973 Dodge vehicle? The ones available online are not correct. I have some blurry pictures of what's supposed to be correct for 73 Dodge, and it says at the bottom something about Chrysler emissions clean air etc.
Anyway long story...
Anyone have 2 of these they'd part with. I dont really need a whole package of them and Carlisle is now a little less than a year away.
I just need 2.
Thanks,
Bob
...or overflow. You know how many times I've passed on one saying, oh mine is fine. Well mine is now cracked
Chrysler part # 3673834, casting # on tank is 3673808.
Anyone got one?
I'm posting in the wanted section for all to see but thought I'd bring it to folks attaention here.
Coolant tank ...or overflow. You know how many times I've passed on one saying, oh mine is fine. Well mine is now cracked
Chrysler part # 3673834, casting # on tank is 3673808.
Anyone got one?
I spoke to Tom over on the third gen forum about this but wanted to see if anyone had run into this issue here.
I swapped the differential on my 73 with a 71 rear. Thinking it was the same and everything was fine but I have been fighting a rattle. The jackass who installed it for me never told...
Has anyone ever had this issue? Installed a new heater motor last fall. First chance I've rally had to use it since the weather has been so crappy.
I was going to a cruise-in the other night with the 73 and had the A/C on. Everything fine until I switched the fan to high. Fan works fine but the...
I seem to recall sometime ago but not where that there were stencils for ignition coils. Does anyone remember that?
Mine went and at the moment I just can't spend $80 on a correct date coded coil. In fact I am not so much concerned about it being date coded as long as it has this.
Well, I finally got around to the install. This is something I have wanted to do since I purchased the car. But if you have looked for these, particularly the hardware they can be unobtainium!
The headrests I got some time ago from a fellow in Sweden, they were in bad shape but that is another...
Does anyone have a picture or at least a very good description of the routing of the plug wires on a 73 Big block 400?
I have the clip on the front of the valve cover on the driver side. In front of the compressor, behind the compressor? Along the valve cover like on the passenger side, etc...
I posted over at DC.com as well and seems no one has an answer.
Back when we did the 73 engine, in checking on plugs for the 400 4bbl, I came up with the original # of J11Y. I crossed it (then) to RJ14YC. I am about to get a new set and to my surprise, what is recommended RJ12YC which is the...
Beautiful day yesterday, temps in the mid 60s and one of the last shows of the season. They drew over 500 cars with a good showing of Mopars.
