Maybe I got lucky, coated the underside of my first gen Cummins years ago to protect from Chicago salt and it worked great. I didn't do any prep just brushed on frame and underside.
68/69 fenders, is the headlight bucket assembly the same between years and RR/Coronet? How about the first 4-6" of the fender, are they the same?
Asking because I found a solid RR fender and my Coronet is soft in the recess where the grill surround screws in. Wondering if I can graph the 2...
I bought this today for $200, how'd I do? The one in my car is soft in the headlight bucket and where it bolts to the rad support but good in the dog leg and up top. Hoping to graph the 2 together.
I'm also interested, trying to find my original pieces after 30yrs and a high school restoration back then
Coronet and charger (in green). The charger pieces are wider. I can't find a photo of a Coronet with the door and quarter pieces and I can only find the quarter pieces in my stuff
30 years ago my Coronet had a vinyl top and I'm putting it back but can't find the top of door trim. I have the roofline and top of quarter trim and some door trim from a charger (and 2 chargers to look at), appears chargers are wider even though same length?
Good oem rear quarters will cost you more than AMD and cheap repops will cost you more than AMD when you count the time to make them right.
Oem doors are more affordable, what side do you need?
